Heat olive oil in a large pot. Add sliced kielbasa and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pot, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until soft.
Add the white beans, chicken broth, paprika, and thyme. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.
For a creamier texture, blend part of the soup or mash some beans.
Return the kielbasa to the pot, add heavy cream, and simmer for 5 more minutes.
Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
