
Creamy Bean Soup with Kielbasa
🔪 Instructions
- Brown the kielbasa: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add kielbasa and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté aromatics: In the same pot, add onion and garlic. Cook until soft and fragrant.
- Add beans and broth: Stir in beans, broth, paprika, and thyme. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- Blend (optional): For a creamier texture, blend part of the soup with an immersion blender or mash some beans with a spoon.
- Add cream and kielbasa: Return sausage to the pot, pour in cream, and simmer for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve: Ladle into bowls, garnish with parsley, and enjoy with warm bread.
