Creamy Beef Shell Pasta Skillet

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

Cook the Pasta:

In a large pot of salted water, cook shell pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Sear the Beef:

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the beef pieces and sear until browned on all sides (about 3–4 minutes). Remove and set aside.

Make the Sauce:

In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed.

Sauté chopped onion until soft (about 3 minutes), then add garlic, red pepper flakes, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

Stir in heavy cream and beef broth. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

Add Cheese:

Stir in mozzarella and parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.

Combine:

Add the cooked pasta and seared beef back into the skillet.

Stir well to coat everything in the sauce. Cook for 2–3 more minutes on low heat.

Serve:

Garnish with chopped parsley and extra cheese if desired.
