
Creamy Tomato Bisque and Grilled Cheese
🧀 Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread (sourdough, white, or whole wheat)
- 2–3 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
- 1 tbsp butter
Method:
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place cheese between the unbuttered sides.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place sandwich buttered-side down.
- Cook until golden and crispy, about 2–3 minutes per side.
- Slice and serve hot with the bisque.
