- Prep the Lobster Soak lobster chunks in buttermilk for 15 minutes to tenderize and help the coating stick.
- Make the Coating In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- Fry the Bites Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Dredge lobster pieces in the flour mixture and fry for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Make Garlic Butter In a small pan, melt butter. Add garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in lemon juice, parsley, and red pepper flakes.
- Serve Drizzle garlic butter over the crispy lobster bites or serve it as a dipping sauce. Garnish with lemon wedges and extra parsley.
