🍳 Method
Sear the Roast: Heat oil in a skillet and brown the roast on all sides (3–5 minutes per side).
Layer in Crockpot: Place sliced onions at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add the Roast: Put the seared beef on top of the onions.
Mix & Pour: Combine beef broth, balsamic vinegar, and soup mix. Pour over the roast.
Slow Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 8–10 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours until tender.
Finish & Serve: Shred or slice the beef. Garnish with cheese if desired. Serve with mashed potatoes, noodles, or crusty bread.
