1 tablespoon dried oregano

1 onion, quartered

6 cloves garlic, smashed

2 bay leaves

1 orange, juiced (keep the peel)

1 lime, juiced

1 cup chicken broth or water

Optional: 1 cinnamon stick, 1 jalapeño (for extra flavor)
