- Build the flavor: Stir in tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, and dill. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Add veggies: Toss in potatoes, peas, and water. Stir well and bring to a boil.
- Simmer: Lower the heat and cook for 20 minutes, or until potatoes are fork-tender and peas are soft.
- Season and serve: Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm or at room temperature with crusty bread and crumbled feta if desired.
