
Garlic Butter Baked Crab Legs
🔥 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Make the garlic butter: In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter. Add garlic and lightly sauté. Stir in citrus juice, salt, parsley, and olive oil. Let flavors meld for a few minutes, then remove from heat.
- Prepare the crab legs: Arrange crab legs in a 9×13 baking dish. Brush generously with garlic butter. Pour any remaining sauce over the top.
- Bake for 25 minutes, brushing with pan sauce every 5–7 minutes for extra flavor.
- Serve: Sprinkle with parsley and serve directly in the baking dish or transfer to a platter with ramekins of sauce for dipping.
