Garlic Butter Lobster Tails
🔥 Instructions
1. Prep the Lobster Tails
- Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise.
- Gently pull the meat out and rest it on top of the shell (this is called butterflying).
- Pat dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
2. Make Garlic Butter
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and paprika.
- Brush generously over the lobster meat.
3. Cook
- Oven (Broiled): Preheat broiler. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 8–10 minutes, or until meat is opaque and slightly browned.
- Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill lobster tails shell-side down for 5–7 minutes, basting with garlic butter.
4. Serve
- Drizzle with remaining garlic butter and serve with lemon wedges.
🌟 Pro Tips
- Add a splash of white wine to the butter for extra depth.
- Pair with mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, or a crisp salad.
- For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne or chili flakes to the butter.
