
GARLIC-PAPRIKA SHRIMP
🔥 Instructions
- Prep the Shrimp Rinse and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.
- Sear the Shrimp Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Cook shrimp in a single layer for 3–4 minutes, flipping once. Remove and set aside.
- Build the Sauce Add remaining oil, sauté onions for 2–3 minutes. Stir in garlic, tomato paste, and red pepper flakes. Cook until fragrant.
- Simmer & Cream It Up Pour in chicken broth and scrape the pan. Simmer 5–6 minutes. Stir in paprika, then add cream and lemon juice.
- Finish & Serve Return shrimp to the skillet. Toss to coat. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
