  1. Prep the Shrimp Rinse and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear the Shrimp Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Cook shrimp in a single layer for 3–4 minutes, flipping once. Remove and set aside.
  3. Build the Sauce Add remaining oil, sauté onions for 2–3 minutes. Stir in garlic, tomato paste, and red pepper flakes. Cook until fragrant.
  4. Simmer & Cream It Up Pour in chicken broth and scrape the pan. Simmer 5–6 minutes. Stir in paprika, then add cream and lemon juice.
  5. Finish & Serve Return shrimp to the skillet. Toss to coat. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
