Introduction
These fried chicken wings are perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and bursting with rich garlic flavor and classic Chinese seasonings. The marinade tenderizes the wings, while the batter creates a satisfying crunch. Ideal for a snack, appetizer, or party favorite, this recipe serves 3-4 people and is easy to make at home.

(You can share the batter mix ingredients next, or I can suggest a batter recipe for you!)
How to Make
Prepare the Marinade:
n a large bowl, combine salt, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper, soy sauce, beaten egg, rice wine, and minced garlic. Mix well.
Marinate the Wings:
Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss to coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, to let the flavors soak in.
Prepare the Batter:
(Once you provide or confirm the batter mix ingredients, I can add detailed steps here.)
Heat the Oil:
Fill a deep fryer or heavy-bottomed pot with enough oil for deep frying. Heat to 350°F (175°C).
Coat and Fry:
Dip each marinated wing into the batter, allowing excess to drip off, then carefully place into the hot oil. Fry in batches to avoid overcrowding. Cook for 8–10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Drain and Serve:
Remove wings with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
