
Hot Honey Steak Sliders
👨🍳 Instructions
- Make the hot honey butter
- Melt butter, stir in honey, garlic, chili crisp, chives, and salt. Set aside.
- Fry the onions
- In a skillet, fry sliced onions in canola oil until crispy. Drain and season lightly.
- Grill the steak
- Season and grill filets to medium-rare. Let rest, then slice thinly.
- Assemble sliders
- Layer steak, mozzarella, and crispy onions on bottom half of slider rolls. Top with remaining rolls.
- Brush and bake
- Brush tops with hot honey butter. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–15 minutes until cheese melts and tops are golden.
- Serve with extra dip
- Use leftover hot honey butter as a dipping sauce.
