  1. Make the hot honey butter
    • Melt butter, stir in honey, garlic, chili crisp, chives, and salt. Set aside.
  2. Fry the onions
    • In a skillet, fry sliced onions in canola oil until crispy. Drain and season lightly.
  3. Grill the steak
    • Season and grill filets to medium-rare. Let rest, then slice thinly.
  4. Assemble sliders
    • Layer steak, mozzarella, and crispy onions on bottom half of slider rolls. Top with remaining rolls.
  5. Brush and bake
    • Brush tops with hot honey butter. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–15 minutes until cheese melts and tops are golden.
  6. Serve with extra dip
    • Use leftover hot honey butter as a dipping sauce.
