🍤 Spicy Shrimp & Wings Party Platter
✅ 1. Boiled Shrimp with Spicy Dipping Sauce
Ingredients:
Fresh shrimp (whole, with shells)
Water
Salt
Bay leaves or lemongrass (optional)
Spicy Dip:
2 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce or fish sauce
1 tsp garlic (minced)
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp lime juice
Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions:
Boil shrimp in salted water (with herbs if desired) for 3–4 minutes until pink.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Peel shrimp and dip into the spicy sauce.
✅ 2. Steamed or Poached Shrimp Platter
Ingredients:
Fresh shrimp (peeled and deveined)
Salt
Water or broth
Optional: lemon, ginger, or garlic
Instructions:
Lightly poach shrimp in hot water or steam until opaque (about 3–5 minutes).
Chill slightly and serve with dipping sauces or on their own.
