👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Marinate & Cook Chicken
    • Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, and a drizzle of sun-dried tomato oil.
    • Sear in olive oil until golden, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Sauté Veggies
    • In the same pan, cook onions and potatoes until soft. Deglaze with white wine.
  3. Make the Gravy
    • Add butter, melt, then stir in flour to form a roux.
    • Slowly add chicken broth and cream, stirring until thickened.
    • Add chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, herbs, and spinach. Mix well.
  4. Prepare Biscuit Dough
    • Mix biscuit mix, cheese, and milk until a shaggy dough forms. Don’t overmix.
  5. Assemble & Bake
    • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
    • Divide filling into ramekins or a baking dish. Top with biscuit dough.
    • Bake for 14–16 minutes until golden. Brush with garlic herb butter.
