👨🍳 Instructions
- Marinate & Cook Chicken
- Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, and a drizzle of sun-dried tomato oil.
- Sear in olive oil until golden, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Sauté Veggies
- In the same pan, cook onions and potatoes until soft. Deglaze with white wine.
- Make the Gravy
- Add butter, melt, then stir in flour to form a roux.
- Slowly add chicken broth and cream, stirring until thickened.
- Add chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, herbs, and spinach. Mix well.
- Prepare Biscuit Dough
- Mix biscuit mix, cheese, and milk until a shaggy dough forms. Don’t overmix.
- Assemble & Bake
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Divide filling into ramekins or a baking dish. Top with biscuit dough.
- Bake for 14–16 minutes until golden. Brush with garlic herb butter.
