
Million Dollar Lasagna Recipe
🍳 Instructions
- Prepare the Meat Sauce Brown the ground beef and sausage in a large skillet. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft. Stir in marinara, diced tomatoes, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- Make the Cheese Mixture In a bowl, mix ricotta, cream cheese, sour cream, egg, Parmesan, and 1 cup of mozzarella until smooth.
- Assemble the Lasagna Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom.
- Add 3 noodles, then ⅓ of the cheese mixture, followed by meat sauce.
- Repeat layers two more times.
- Finish with noodles, remaining meat sauce, and top with 1 cup mozzarella.
- Bake Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Rest & Serve Let sit for 10–15 minutes before slicing. Serve with garlic bread and salad!
