Mixed Seafood Stew

🧂 Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped (or 1 cup canned crushed tomatoes)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • ½ cup white wine (or seafood broth)
  • 1 cup fish stock or water
  • 200g white fish fillet, cut into chunks
  • 150g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 150g mussels, cleaned
  • 100g clams, cleaned
  • 100g crab meat or seafood mix
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or coriander for garnish
  • Lemon wedges to serve
