
Mixed Seafood Stew
👨🍳 Instructions
- Sauté the Base Heat olive oil in a large pot. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until soft and fragrant.
- Add Tomatoes and Spices Stir in chopped tomatoes, paprika, and chili flakes. Cook for 5–7 minutes until the tomatoes break down.
- Deglaze and Simmer Pour in white wine and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Add fish stock and bring to a gentle boil.
- Add Seafood Add white fish chunks first and cook for 3 minutes. Then add shrimp, mussels, clams, and crab mix. Cover and cook for 5–7 minutes until mussels and clams open and shrimp turn pink.
- Season and Serve Taste and adjust salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with lemon wedges and crusty bread.
