Mixed Seafood Stew

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Sauté the Base Heat olive oil in a large pot. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until soft and fragrant.
  2. Add Tomatoes and Spices Stir in chopped tomatoes, paprika, and chili flakes. Cook for 5–7 minutes until the tomatoes break down.
  3. Deglaze and Simmer Pour in white wine and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Add fish stock and bring to a gentle boil.
  4. Add Seafood Add white fish chunks first and cook for 3 minutes. Then add shrimp, mussels, clams, and crab mix. Cover and cook for 5–7 minutes until mussels and clams open and shrimp turn pink.
  5. Season and Serve Taste and adjust salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with lemon wedges and crusty bread.
