👨🍳 Preparation Method
- Prepare the Cod Soak the salted cod in water for 24–48 hours, changing the water several times. Boil briefly, then flake into small pieces.
- Fry the Potatoes Fry the matchstick potatoes until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Sauté the Onion & Garlic In a large pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion until soft. Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Add Cod & Potatoes Stir in the flaked cod and fried potatoes. Mix gently.
- Add Eggs Beat the eggs and pour over the mixture. Stir gently until eggs are just set — creamy, not dry.
- Finish & Serve Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley and black olives. Serve hot!
