Potato omelette, unique and different!

Ingredients
1 kg of  potatoes
Vegetable oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
6 eggs
0.5 teaspoon dried garlic
1/3 teaspoon turmeric
250 grams of ham
250 grams of pickled mushrooms
150 grams of hard cheese
150 grams of canned corn
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
100 grams of cheese
Green onion and dill for decoration

Preparation Start by peeling and cutting the potatoes into medium cubes.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the potatoes until half cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste.

In a separate bowl, beat the 6 eggs. Stir in the dried garlic, turmeric, salt and pepper to taste.
Add the half-cooked potatoes to the bowl with the eggs and mix well. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes.

Pour the potato and egg mixture into an ovenproof dish. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
