🍳 Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add chopped onion and jalapeños. Sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
- Mix in cilantro and all seasonings.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20–25 minutes until thickened.
- Blend the sauce until smooth using a blender or immersion blender.
- Stir in lime juice for a fresh finish (optional).
- Use immediately or store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
