Ingredients:
Short pasta: 300 g (penne, farfalle, etc.)
Canned tuna: 1 can (about 150 g), drained
Cucumber: 1, diced
Cherry tomatoes: 1 cup, halved
Red bell pepper: 1, diced
Red onion: 1 small, thinly sliced
Black olives: 1/2 cup, sliced
Fresh parsley: 2 tablespoons, chopped
For the Dressing:
Olive oil: 1/4 cup
Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons

Dijon mustard: 1 tablespoon
Garlic: 1 clove, pressed
Salt and pepper: to taste
Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Pasta
Cook the Pasta: Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Let cool completely.
