
Shrimp Scampi Recipe
🔥 Instructions:
- Cook the Pasta (if using) Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the Shrimp In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 1–2 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
- Make the Scampi Sauce In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute. Add red pepper flakes, wine (or broth), lemon juice, and zest. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly reduced.
- Combine and Finish Return shrimp to the pan. Toss to coat in sauce. Add cooked pasta (if using) and parsley. Toss everything together and adjust seasoning.
- Serve and Enjoy Plate immediately with extra lemon wedges and a sprinkle of Parmesan if desired.

- Pair with a crisp white wine like Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio
