🔥 Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta (if using) Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the Shrimp In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 1–2 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
  3. Make the Scampi Sauce In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute. Add red pepper flakes, wine (or broth), lemon juice, and zest. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly reduced.
  4. Combine and Finish Return shrimp to the pan. Toss to coat in sauce. Add cooked pasta (if using) and parsley. Toss everything together and adjust seasoning.
