
Slow Cooker Pot Roast & Potatoes.
👨🍳 Instructions:
1. Sear the roast (optional but flavorful)
- Season roast generously.
- Brown all sides in a hot skillet with olive oil.
2. Layer the slow cooker
- Place potatoes, carrots, and onions at the bottom.
- Lay roast on top. Sprinkle seasoning packets over everything.
- Pour in beef broth. Add herbs if using.
3. Cook low and slow
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8–10 hours or HIGH for 4–6 hours until beef is fork-tender.
4. Serve
- Shred or slice roast. Spoon over veggies with pan juices or thicken into gravy.
🌟 Tips:
- Add a splash of balsamic vinegar or Worcestershire for depth.
- Use baby potatoes or sweet potatoes for variety.
- Leftovers make amazing sandwiches or hash!
