  • 2 cans small sardines in olive oil (4 oz / 120g each)
  • ΒΌ cup extra virgin olive oil (for frying)
  • β…“ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cage-free organic eggs
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Sea salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon (for garnish)
