🔪 Method
Step 1: Boil the seafood

In a large pot, boil salted water with lemon slices.

Add potatoes first; boil for 10–12 minutes.

Add corn; boil for another 5 minutes.

Add crab and shrimp; boil for 3–5 minutes until shrimp turns pink and crab is heated through.

Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Make the garlic butter sauce

In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Add paprika, Cajun seasoning, chili flakes, sugar, and a pinch of salt.

Stir in lemon juice and mix well. Simmer for 1–2 minutes.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Step 3: Combine & Serve

Add the drained seafood and veggies into a large bowl or tray.

Pour the hot garlic butter sauce over everything.

Toss gently to coat evenly.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges and extra sauce on the side.
