- 2 cups chopped spinach or ugu leaves
- 1 cup palm oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp ground crayfish
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1 bouillon cube
- Salt to taste
For the Tomato Stew
- 4 tomatoes, blended
- 2 red bell peppers, blended
- 1 onion, blended
- 1/2 cup vegetable or palm oil
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt and bouillon cubes to taste
For the Assorted Meats
- Chicken feet, tripe (shaki), beef, and other organ meats
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and bouillon cubes
- Water for boiling
