  • 1 cup palm oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp ground crayfish
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 bouillon cube
  • Salt to taste

  • 4 tomatoes, blended
  • 2 red bell peppers, blended
  • 1 onion, blended
  • 1/2 cup vegetable or palm oil
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp thyme

  • Chicken feet, tripe (shaki), beef, and other organ meats
