🍳 Preparation Method
1. Prepare the Swallow
- Boil water in a pot.
- Gradually stir in rice flour until thick and smooth.
- Stir continuously to avoid lumps.
- Mold into round servings and set aside.
2. Cook the Vegetable Soup
- Heat palm oil in a pot and sauté onions.
- Add crayfish, pepper, bouillon, and salt.
- Stir in chopped spinach and cook for 5–7 minutes until tender.
3. Make the Tomato Stew
- Heat oil and fry the blended tomato, pepper, and onion mix.
- Add curry, thyme, salt, and bouillon.
- Simmer until oil rises to the top and stew thickens.
4. Prepare the Meats
- Boil assorted meats with onion, garlic, ginger, and spices until tender.
- Optionally fry or grill for added texture.
- Serve in separate bowls with sauce or stew.
