Prep the Lobster Tails Preheat oven to broil (500°F). Using kitchen shears, butterfly each lobster tail by cutting down the center of the shell. Gently pull the meat upward to rest on top of the shell.

Season & Butter Place lobster tails on a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, thyme, rosemary, and parsley. Brush generously over the lobster meat.

Broil to Perfection Broil for 8–10 minutes until the meat is opaque and lightly browned on top. Keep a close eye to avoid overcooking.

Serve & Savor Plate with lemon wedges and drizzle with extra garlic butter if desired.
