🧾 Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes (about 2 cups mashed)
  • ⅓ cup butter, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ cup evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
