🍽️ Preparation
Boil the eggs: Hard-boil the eggs (around 10 minutes), cool and peel. Slice them in half.
Prepare the salad: Chop lettuce, cucumber, red pepper, and onion. Mix lightly.
Slice the cheese and arrange with slices of ham on a plate.
Add a spoon of Branston pickle or chutney beside the cheese.
Add coleslaw (store-bought or homemade).
Cut and serve pork pie and a slice of quiche (can be store-bought or made fresh).
Arrange all ingredients neatly on a large plate and serve chilled or at room temperature.
