🥣 Method
🔹 Soup:

In a large pot, heat olive oil or butter.

Add chopped onions and sauté until soft.

Add carrots, potatoes, and optional garlic/tomatoes.

Stir in lentils and spices (turmeric, salt, pepper).

Add water or stock and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 30–40 minutes until all vegetables are tender.

Blend the soup with a hand blender (optional) for a creamy texture.

Adjust seasoning to taste.
🔹 Club Sandwiches:

Lightly toast or leave the bread untoasted.
-
Spread mayonnaise on each slice.
-
Layer lettuce, cheese, sliced meat, tomato, and any other ingredients you like.
-
Stack 2–3 layers and press gently.
-
Cut sandwiches into triangles.
-
Secure with toothpicks if needed.
